00:02:04: For two weeks.

00:02:04: That's okay.

00:02:06: Work hard or play hard?

00:02:08: Play hard.

00:02:09: Play hard.

00:02:10: And police uniform or casual?

00:02:14: Casual.

00:02:14: Casual.

00:02:15: Okay.

00:02:15: And today you have your police uniform, at least your Biking police uniforms because you're here to talk to us about blue lights for charity something really special happening at a plus a. so What exactly is blue lights for charity for everyone who doesn't know about it?

00:02:30: And what makes it such a special thing?

00:02:34: Blue light family is a big community from all blue lights from fire police and rescue Service a big group to make something together today.

00:02:48: And what exactly is it that you're doing?

00:02:51: We're riding together on a bike with music, with funny music.

00:02:56: We laugh.

00:02:57: We are looking for donation for the children.

00:03:01: We give the donation to the RTL Spendenmarathon.

00:03:05: It's a community in Germany.

00:03:08: We spent the money for the children, any children.

00:03:11: Units the money from us.

00:03:13: You guys are there in your uniform, not only police officers, but also fire rescue workers.

00:03:19: And you are sitting on your bicycles at the A plus A, and you're riding your butts off, if I'm allowed to say that.

00:03:27: And you're the one in charge of making people ride really hard, right?

00:03:33: I'm the instructor for the people.

00:03:36: And I bring the music to the people and we have fun.

00:03:40: They come and watch you.

00:03:41: They don't have to ride.

00:03:42: There's nothing you have to worry about.

00:03:43: If you come and visit, you don't have to get on the bicycles.

00:03:45: How long do you ride at once?

00:03:47: Is it the whole day or is it twenty minutes at a time?

00:03:51: We ride four times at three minutes.

00:03:55: Thirty minutes.

00:03:56: Thirty minutes would be easy.

00:03:58: Thirty minutes.

00:03:59: And when you're with us, you will see it's very hard.

00:04:02: Thirty minutes with uniform to ride on the bike.

00:04:05: Because maybe the firemen, women, have a big uniform on.

00:04:13: Like a one that's really hot.

00:04:14: Yes.

00:04:15: The police, the uniform is light.

00:04:18: My uniform, it's a riding uniform now, here at the A plus A. It's easy for me.

00:04:26: You just said people who were there yesterday were really, yeah, we're having a good time watching you guys.

00:04:33: Was there discussions afterwards, the people come up to you and say, this is such a cool thing to do?

00:04:37: Yes.

00:04:38: The people come all together, the whole people come to us and ask something and we talk to them from every countries, from Israel, from England, from... from Germany and ask us for the next time we do this, they want to write with us.

00:04:54: Oh, that's

00:04:55: amazing.

00:04:56: I think in two years when the A plus A is here, we come we come again.

00:05:01: Absolutely.

00:05:02: I hope so.

00:05:03: Especially if a lot of donations come together and that's why where our viewers are asked.

00:05:07: So if you come and visit one last sentence to let people know what they should do.

00:05:12: But what they can do when they come and visit you at the stand while you're bicycle riding?

00:05:17: Come and visit us in hall ten and make a big donation.

00:05:21: It's only a QR code.

00:05:22: You can do it with your handi with your mobile phone to paypal.

00:05:28: Ready?

00:05:29: That's easy.

00:05:32: It's not that easy for you guys.

00:05:34: And first of all, I'd like to thank you so much for being here today.

00:05:37: And we talked a lot about what it looks like when you guys are on the bicycles.

00:05:41: I thought we could maybe let the viewers see as well.

00:05:43: And you said we see the people in their uniforms and it's hot and stuff.

00:05:46: You do a fantastic job.

00:05:48: So let's take a look.

00:06:18: Love.

00:06:25: the energy in the hall ten.

00:06:38: so make sure you go have a look and maybe you want to make a donation.

00:06:42: It's up to you but at least go and have a look at the bicycle riders who are doing the best to do something for charity.

00:06:49: So now we're going to continue with the show and the first thing I'm going to ask the next guest on the show is do you like to bicycle ride?

00:06:55: Yeah, you do.

00:06:57: Oh, that's a good thing.

00:06:57: That's a good start to the conversation.

00:06:59: Dr.

00:06:59: Milaguer, Avant CEO, deep care.

00:07:01: It's great to have you here today.

00:07:02: I hope you're doing well and maybe you have time to go visit our bicycle riders as well.

00:07:07: But I know you have a lot to do before we get started and talk about what deep care does.

00:07:11: Let's get warmed up with some quick fire questions.

00:07:16: Mountains or beach?

00:07:17: Beach.

00:07:18: High vision vest or reflective tape?

00:07:23: Vision at best.

00:07:24: Okay.

00:07:24: Innovation or tradition?

00:07:28: Innovation.

00:07:29: Innovation, of course.

00:07:30: Email or phone call?

00:07:31: Phone call.

00:07:33: Suit or casual?

00:07:34: Casual.

00:07:36: Stand-up meeting?

00:07:37: Stand.

00:07:37: Or send.

00:07:38: No sit-down briefing.

00:07:39: Really?

00:07:40: Okay.

00:07:42: Plan ahead or improvise?

00:07:45: Both.

00:07:46: Both.

00:07:46: You have to be capable of doing both in your job at the CEO, definitely.

00:07:50: Risk assessment or gut feeling?

00:07:55: Okay, that's that's absolutely a physiotherapy or prevention through prevention.

00:08:01: Okay, meaning but riding bicycles and doing a lot of stuff.

00:08:04: Absolutely.

00:08:05: Breaks from movement or ergonomic chairs?

00:08:12: That's fine.

00:08:13: You can say both.

00:08:13: That's absolutely all right.

00:08:16: It's great to have you here on the show.

00:08:17: Before we get into the questions about how you're doing things and why you're doing things, let's explain to our viewers what you are doing.

00:08:24: What is deep care?

00:08:25: Yeah, first of all, thank you for having me here.

00:08:28: It's a great pleasure.

00:08:29: So actually, what we are doing comes from my personal story.

00:08:35: I was prior to Bush, prior to deep care working for Bush.

00:08:40: And there I was young.

00:08:43: I was doing a lot of sport afterward.

00:08:45: But I was really into it.

00:08:47: It was like eight to ten hours intensive work.

00:08:50: And at the age of twenty something, I started first having pain on the shoulder and then on the back.

00:08:56: And then I said, oh, it can't be like, I'm in such a great company.

00:09:01: I have the best desk.

00:09:02: I have the best chair.

00:09:03: I have fitness studio.

00:09:04: I have massage room.

00:09:05: We have everything, more or less.

00:09:07: But this whole tensions just are increasing.

00:09:12: And then we said, OK, look.

00:09:14: I have a PhD in robotics, I have done a lot of technology in AI and so on.

00:09:20: Can I contribute on that?

00:09:22: And then we looked at like Germany and worldwide, we saw, wow, like from every three office worker, one is suffering from back pain, shoulder pain and all of that things and say, okay, now we have to do something.

00:09:34: Then we said, wouldn't that be great if like a physiothoropoid.

00:09:40: Physiotrapist comes and sit next to me.

00:09:43: It has nothing to do then looking at my body taking care of me more or less Let me know when I should do what action that at the end of the day I feel much better I don't have tension.

00:09:55: I don't have pain and so on.

00:09:57: and that was like the idea that we started the company.

00:10:00: then I took four of my co-founders from Bosch and Tesla out.

00:10:05: we found the deep care.

00:10:06: He

00:10:07: made it sound so easy.

00:10:08: Yeah.

00:10:09: It was

00:10:09: very easy.

00:10:11: No, it's really, really like a big challenge to, to found the company and grow it up.

00:10:16: And the story was like, okay, we started the company.

00:10:18: We have tried to build our small product.

00:10:22: We launched it finally in February, twenty, twenty three, but then it kind of a sky rocked.

00:10:27: Like the first year we got plus hundred corporate customer the second year, even more.

00:10:33: We are now integrated with a lot of health insurances and then.

00:10:36: the rest is going.

00:10:37: So maybe you can tell us what you are presenting at A plus A. What is your latest product and what is special to you right now?

00:10:43: Yeah, that's exactly the way we are started to realize a true physiotherapist next to you, which take care of your spine health at the end.

00:10:54: Stand straight.

00:10:54: Exactly.

00:10:55: Or do more movement and all of that things.

00:10:58: And then we immediately saw, wow, like people having a lot of pressure on their mind as well.

00:11:03: And then we said, OK, now we want to have digital psychologists next to you.

00:11:08: And that's exactly what we are doing, and we are presenting for the first time in this trade fair, that our new services take care of a lot of aspect on your cognitive load.

00:11:23: how much you are distracted continuously, if you are in focus and your level of stress and so on, and try to guide you toward like much, much better mentally at your work.

00:11:37: And we have also our third service presented here, which is with our great collaboration with Biggie Prevent, Farmer BAD, which we take care of risk assessment for office workers.

00:11:51: So these are both available in our stand and their stand.

00:11:56: I would advise people if they are here, please visit us.

00:12:00: So this is like three main services that we present.

00:12:05: This is a big trend, focusing or the shift to mental health.

00:12:10: Is it something that you, when you were younger, before you had this company, would have wished for that that was more focused on?

00:12:17: Or is it something that you only realize now how important it is?

00:12:20: Honestly, when we started again, I started with the pain of back and shoulder.

00:12:25: However, I was all the time under stress the whole day.

00:12:29: And that was really interesting.

00:12:30: Kind of after a while, I saw by myself that those days that I could focus well, I finish my tasks, even if they are a small, but I just do them.

00:12:42: I have much, much better feeling after work versus those days that I'm just Jumping from meeting to meeting and then more or less my task.

00:12:51: I'm I'm carrying them to the afternoon and then I saw okay again here.

00:12:56: This is something we should do something about.

00:12:59: and Honestly after COVID and now with whole AI pressure, which is coming We are a company anyway, but anyway, it is a pressure on us.

00:13:08: We have to deliver more.

00:13:10: therefore I guess we need more support And that's not bad that somebody is stay next to us as a digital support and help us during the whole day.

00:13:18: So it was at the beginning, it got intensified much, much more.

00:13:23: Is it hard to convince traditional companies that using AI or a computer based technology is something that they should try out because they're not used to it?

00:13:34: Yes.

00:13:36: Honestly, the answer is not like kind of yes and no.

00:13:41: The answer is there are so many early adapters like our great customers and partners.

00:13:47: They same the same vision.

00:13:49: They know the future of health prevention.

00:13:51: They have to do actively something for that.

00:13:54: That's easy working with them.

00:13:56: And there are like really big portion still.

00:13:59: when we talk to them, they question everything.

00:14:02: They want to know why this makes sense, what that makes sense and so on.

00:14:05: But that's cool because we go to the tough discussion with them.

00:14:09: At least now we have a really strong database.

00:14:11: We have done a study with more than two thousand three hundred people for over two years.

00:14:15: I can show the result and convince them.

00:14:18: Yeah, it's a challenging pass.

00:14:21: Is it also an idea to use an economic argument because you just said yourself when you were feeling better and your mental well-being was good and your back wasn't hurting, you were getting your tasks finished?

00:14:33: Is that something that they use or you use as an argument?

00:14:37: We use.

00:14:38: How important it is for them?

00:14:40: I don't know.

00:14:41: In the US it's more important.

00:14:43: In Germany or Europe it's less important.

00:14:47: It is... Really amazing what you're doing.

00:14:50: I think it's really fascinating and I look forward to everything that you're going to be presenting in the next years.

00:14:54: But I wish you all the best first of all for here at the A plus a and lots of good discussions and lots of clients who are interested in in your in your next technology.

00:15:03: So thank you so much for being here today.

00:15:05: It's been an absolute pleasure And as I said before maybe you have time to go visit blue lights for charity the the bicycle riders.

00:15:12: Maybe you do too.

00:15:13: You're welcome to visit blue lights for charity in hall ten.

00:15:16: We talked about it today.

00:15:17: We also have some fashion shows here at A plus A. You can check our website for all the information in the different halls where Hall Fifteen is the place to go.

00:15:27: And we have the startup zone and the trend forum in Hall Seven.

00:15:31: That's only a tiny bit of what's happening.

00:15:33: in the halls.

00:15:34: Here on our show tomorrow, we have wonderful guests.

00:15:37: We have Rachel Hausman.

00:15:39: She is influencer and she has or she's called Allie Safety.

00:15:43: Really cool and really, really fun.

00:15:45: That's going to be a great show.

00:15:46: And we have Julie Roberts, marketing manager in ATG Hand Care.
